Google Middle Clean Up Android Application

I don’t know why the new malware found by the cyber security company and CSIS Security Tool named it Joker, the reason some time before the Batman trap name became familiar with new malware for Android smartphones. It could be for the infection system for different android applications .

As we know that the Joker is more cruel than Batman, so it could be that this new malware also has a more sadistic system to infect smartphone users. Reportedly, the Joker has infiltrated dozens of applications in the Google Play Store . And worse, one of the applications that has been infiltrated has gotten the number of downloads 472,000 times.

Reporting from SC Magazine, mentioned that the Joker could have stolen SMS messages, contact lists, to user device information. Not only that, but even can also secretly register users with premium services, so this can be detrimental to the victim, because they have to pay the subscription fee.

“Joker interacts with advertisements websites to generate fake clicks and register premium services without the victim’s knowledge,” that’s what Malware CSIS Security analyst Aleksejs Kuprins said.

It was also said that the Joker Malware which infiltrated dozens of Android applications on the Google Play Store had spread to 37 countries where one of them included Indonesia. As for the list of other countries that are also wary of infection from Malwa there are Australia and also Austria.

Then for other countries that are also affected, namely Belgium, Brazil, China, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Honduras, India, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar , Republic of Argentina, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, even to the United States.
